We can suffer and sing at the same time.
In fact, we must.

Align With Purpose exists because we believe that we deserve spaces where we can show up fully without shrinking, code-switching, or carrying everything alone. This work is inspired by the ways our grandmothers modeled community care by creating space for shared meals, music, healing, creativity, and the simple but radical act of staying connected. We gather to remember that belonging is something we must build together, and that healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens when we make space for joy, grief, rest, and possibility side by side.
Mission
We collaborate with healers, artists, and activists to cultivate intergenerational spaces of belonging that center and celebrate Black and Queer joy, culture, and resilience.
Vision
We envision interconnected communities that model liberation in practice. Where joy is abundant, expression is celebrated, and resources are shared in ways that sustain us all.
